By consent of parties by counsel, and for reasons appearing to the Court, it is hereby ordered that the foregoing causes be hereafter heard together. And then these causes came on this day to be heard together, the first of the said causes on the papers formerly read, the several answers of W. L. Owen's. Exors. and Thos. E. Owen's admr., with the general replication of the plaintiffs thereto, the examinations of witnesses Exhibits filed and the report of Comr. A. R. Green made in pursuance of the decree entered in the said cause at the November Term 1882, and the second of said causes on the papers formerly read, and were argued by counsel: On consideration whereof, by consent of parties given in open Court, it is hereby ordered that the above entitled causes be submitted to the Judge of this Court for decision and
