decree to be made herein in vacation, and such decision and decree when so made by the said judge and entered by the clear of this court in vacation shall be deemed and taken to be as valid as though and entered made in open court.

But liberty is given to the [illegible] of any of the parties who way so desire to file Amon the papers written notes of argument within thirty days from this date after which time he send of the said causes are to be placed in the hands of the said Judge for decision and decree as aforesaid with written liberty to the said [illegible] or any of them to appear before the said Judge at that time and argue the said [illegible] orally.
