At a court held for Halifax County the 23d day of June 1851.  This last will and testament of Lucy Boxley decd was presented in Court, and proved by the oaths of two witnesses thereto subscribed and ordered to be recorded.  And on the motion of Danl W. Fourqurean, the Executor therein named, who made oath thereto according to law and with William Fourqurean and William L. Owen
