sold and all my just debts and burial charges paid. And a stone wall built around the graves of my Family on my land. And all the money that may be in the hands of my Exr. after the settlement of the above bequests, I give and bequeath to Lucy Wilmoth Fourqurean, daughter of William T Fourqurean Item 8th I hereby constitute and appoint Danl W. Fourqurean Executor to this my last will and testament revoking all other wills by me made. At a court held for Halifax County the 23d day of June 1851. This last will and testament of Lucy Boxley decd was presented in Court, and proved by the oaths of two witnesses thereto subscribed and ordered to be recorded. And on the motion of Danl W. Fourqurean, the Executor therein named, who made oath thereto according to law and with William Fourqurean and William L. Owen
