Public sale of farm & timber land near the O., A., & M.R.R. Warren County, VA

In obedience to a decree of the Circuit Court of Warren county, in suit of Shambaugh's Ex'ors vs. Houser, &c., the undersigned, as special commissioner, will, on Saturday, the 20th Day of March, 1869, at River Station, sell, at public auction, the Tract of Land of which Mary Shambaugh and Margaret Shambaugh died seized, containing 237 ACRES, more or less, situated on the North Branch of THE SHENANDOAH RIVER, about one mile from the Rail Road, near Front Royal. This Farm consists partly of River Bottom! and partly of Slate Land, with a large quantity of Growing Timber, and has on it a Dwelling House. Terms: A sum in cash to pay costs of suit and sale (say $100), and residue of purchase money in two equal instalments, payable at one and two years, with interest from day of sale, and bonds with good personal security, and a lien on the land.
