PUBLIC SALE of a Farm near River Station, Manassas Gap Railroad, In Warren County, VA.
In obedience to a decree of the Circuit Court of Warren county, in the suit of Shambaugh's executor vs. Houser and others, the undersigned, as a Special Commissioner, will,
On Saturday, Nov. 28th, '68, at River Station in Warren County, sell at public auction to the highest bidder the Tract of Land in the bill mentioned, being the land of which Mary Shambaugh and Margaret Shambaugh died seized, estimated to contain about two hundred and thirty-seven acres, situated on the North Branch of the Shenandoah River, about one mile from the River Station on the Manassas Gap Railroad.
The said farm consists partly of River Bottom Land, and partly of Slate Land, a considerable portion of which is in timber, and has on it a Dwelling House and other buildings.
Terms - A sum in cash sufficient to pay costs of suit and sale; and the residue of the purchase money payable in two equal instalments at one and two years from day of sale, bearing interest, secured by bond with good personal security and a lien on the land.
