The answer of Graham C. Peirce to a bill exhibited against him and others in the Circuit court of Westmoreland by William G. Peirce.

This respondent saving all benefit of exception to said bill, for answer thereto says, that he believes all the material statements therein to be true - the rights of the parties to the property to which it referres correctly set forth, and the decree asked for equitable and just. This respondent therefore has nothing to object.

Having answered, this respondent begs to be hence dismissed.
