In appearing to the court that suits the last order entered in this case Reubin Brooke one of the defendants had died, leaving Ann S his wife surviving to is ordered that this cause henceforth proceeds in the name of Ann S Brooke in her own right,- and the cause coming on again to her hence upon the papers formerly read, and the report of Commissioner Baker of the 11th Sept 1852, was acquired on where inform the Court without consuming the said last mentioned report, on deciding any other matter or thing but what follows doth direct the clerk of this court to deliver to the adult parties entitled to the guardians of the infants-parties, or to their attorneys, the bonds taken for the sale of the real estate, and bonds returned and filed with the reports of Commissioners Mayo, Mason Claybrook & Beale- and the said Commissioners or any out of therein is directed, upon the payment of the said bonds by the purchasers of the land, to execute to the said purchasers the necessary and [illegible] deeds, with special warranty.
