At a Circuit Court of Westmoreland County held at the Court House on the 19th day of October 1853

On motion the Court doth assign Charles C Baker guardian ad litem to the infant defendants Margaret Herndon, Robert T Peirce, Joseph Peirce, Henry C Peirce, Walter R Peirce, Albert Peirce, and Ella C. Peirce in this cause, whereupon the guardian ad litem filed their answer, and the adult defendants having filed their answers, this cause came on to be heard by consent of parties upon the bills and Exhibits filed therewith and the answers, and was argued by Counsel. On Consideration whereof &c x x x x x
And the Court doth further adjudge, order and decree that Robert Mayo Jr. admr. of Ransdell Peirce do render before Master Commissioner Charles C Baker, an account of the perishable property, embraced in the deed of settlement and wasted by his intestate not including such of the articles as were consumed in their reasonable use. And the said commissioner is required to audit, state, and settle the said account and make report to this court. A true extract teste Chas C Baker, Clk.
