Mr. Nelson Crawford, Take notice That on Tuesday the 21st Instant at the house of Capt. Lindze Coleman in Amherst County I shall proceed to the affidavit of Capt. John Pryor, Richard Crawford & others to be read as evidence in a suit now depending in Chancery in the County Court of Amherst wherein I am Plaintiff and you and Daniel Shrader are Defendants.
