Mr. James Jarman, Take notice that on friday the 17th of Dec'r. next, we shall take the depositions of Richard L. Johnson & others, at the tavern of Mr. James Young in the town of Fredericksburg between the hour of 7 in the morning & 4 in the evening (and if prevented from proceeding on that day by any unforeseen event, we shall take the depositions on the next day at the same place and between the same hours) to be read as evidence in a suit pending in the Superior Court of Chancery for the Lynchburg district, wherein we are complainants & you together with Phil.
