A Copy Teste R. Stevenson Spotsylva. Clerks office 1807 June 8th Enoch M. Lyle & Co. vs. Chs. S. Johnston & Richd. Johnston judgment for $211.24 & 8.38 costs Sci. fa. 22nd day March 1804 $5.24 costs

Sheriff's return on the above execution is as follows.  The defendants Charles S. Johnston & Richd. Johnston have no goods or chattels that I can find except what is on premises where they respectively live, which are claimed by their perspective landlords, for rent & are not sufficient to discharge said rents for one year.
