(CHANCERY SUMMONS.)  The Commonwealth of Virginia, TO THE SERGEANT OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, GREETING:  YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED TO SUMMON Cornelia Eley to appear at the Clerk's Office of the COURT OF HUSTINGS of teh city of Portsmouth, at the Rules to be holden for the said Court, on the 3rd Monday in May 1900 to answer a Bill in Chancery, exhibited against her in the said Court, by George Joiner and have then and there this summons.  Witness C. T. PHILLIPS, Clerk of said Court, at his office, this 12th day of May 1900, in this 124th year of the Commonwealth.
