PLAINTIFF. The Commonwealth of Virginia, TO THE Sheriff of Norfolk County, GREETING: YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED TO SUMMON Louisa Burnham, Samuel Dyer, Sandy Cherry, Samuel Morris, John Alexander, H. H. Corprew, Chas. H. Anderson, James R. Wilkins to appear before the COURT OF HUSTINGS for the City of Portsmouth, at the Courthouse of said City on the 17th day of Oct. 1901, at 11 o'clock A. M., to testify and the truth to say on behalf of the plaintiff in a certain matter of controversy in our said Court depending and undetermined between Geo. Joiner Plaintiff and Cornelia Eley Defendant And this the witness shall in nowise omit, under the penalty of $300 each - And have then and there this summons. Witness, C. T.
