173 Know all Men by these Presents, that we Robert Orick and he Fairfax Colored Cemetery Association are held and firmly unto the Commonwealth of Virginia in the sum of One Hundred ($100) Dollars: To which payment, well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, and our heirs, and personal representatives, jointly and severally by these presents. Given under our had and seals this 3rd day of Jany 1885.

The Condition of the Above Obligation is Such, That whereas the above named bound Robert Orrick, President and Agent for the Fairfax Colored Cemetery Association shall pay all damages incurred by any party, and all damages and costs awarded against the said Fairfax Colored Cemetery Association in the suit now feuding in the Corporation Court of the City of Winchester Va entitled The Fairfax Colored Cemetery Association to the City of Winchester & als. in which said such an Injunction hath been this day awarded against the City of Winchester, Hutton Lovett, Charles Brown, Isaac Jackson, William Evans, Thomas Moss, Hunter B Gwin, Frank Gwin, Elizabeth Lillis, Pat Lillis, Geo Gwin, by the Judge of the Corporation Court of Winchester.
