Please take notice that I will proceed on the 27 day of April 1885 at the office of James P Whitacre Esq in Winchester between the hours of 9 AM and 6 PM to take the depositions of sundry witnesses to be used as evidence in the Chancery cause now pending in the Corporation Court of the City of Winchester in which we Plaintiffs and you and others are Defendants and that if from any cause they should not be begun or if begun should not be completed upon that day they will be adjourned and continued from time to time until completed.
