Terry vs Taylor Decree Oct term 1858 This cause came on this day to be further heard on the papers formerly read the report of William T. Ballow of the collection of the bond of Albert G. Taylor and others and the petition of William Bailey the exhibit and affidavit filed therewith and was argued by counsel. On consideration whereof the Court having prepared a statement marked (W. L) showing how the money in the hands of the said Ballow Com'r. is to be disposed of doth adjudge order and decree that the said Ballow do pay to Sarah Terry admx of Henry Terry dec'd. the sum of $1277.89 with interest from this day till paid and to James Young & co the sum of $1323.14 with interest from this day till paid and James Young adm'r. of W. B. Jeffress dec'd the sum of $196.34 with interest thereon from this day till paid. And that he do then pay out of the money remaining in his hands to the said parties to whom money is above decreed their costs by them about their suit in this behalf expended.
