George Blue & wife vs. Sarah Blue et als.} In Chancery This cause came on this day to be again heard upon the papers formerly read and was argued by counsel: In consideration whereof the court doth adjudge, order and decree that Robert S. Trower, who is hereby appointed a Special Commissioner for the purpose, do, after having advertised the time, terms, and place of renting for at least ten days by advertisement posted at the front door of the courthouse in Eastville and at three or more public places in the vicinity of the premises read out by public outcry to the highest bidder at Eastville on some court day the lot or parcel of land with the buildings and improvements thereon mentioned and described in the plaintiffs bill for the year 1894, upon the following terms to wit: the leasee shall be required to give a bond, with personal security thereto to be approved by said Special Commissioner, for the rent, payable Dec. 31, 1894 and possession of the premises to be given to the leasee on the 1st day of January, A. D. 1894 if the terms of renting are complied with.
