appearing to the Court, that since the Commissioners Report was made & filed, the said William Watts has paid the sum of $46.- for Taxes on the Estate of Martha Watts- the sum of $3.36 cts a sheriffs Tickett & $32.25 cts the Ticket due Geo. W. Dabney for taking & stating the account aforesaid it is ordered that the evidence of these payments be delivered by said William Watts to the said Administrator & that the said Watts be allowed a credit for the amount thereof as of the 1st day of January 1854 by the said Administrator-- And the Court considering that the Pltff William Watts is entitled to the sum of $303.30 cts principal $16.72 cts interest thereon as Commission according to the statement of Commissioner Dabney on the original outstanding sale Bonds reported to be in his hands & hereby directed to be transferred by him to the Defdt & that the Pltff Edward W. Saunders is entitled to the sum of $389.00 cts principal & $15.54 cts interest thereon for like Commissions on the original outstanding Sale Bonds reported as in his hands & hereby directed to be transferred to the Defdt- doth order that the said Defdt, the Admtor of Martha Watts allow to William Watts in his settlement with him the said sum of $303.30 cts principal & $16.72 cts interest as a payment to that amount as of the 1st day of January 1854 of this Decree against him so far as the same is for money collected & that he in like manner allow to Edward W, Saunders the said sum of $389.00 cts principal & $15.54 cts interest as a payment to that amount by him as of the 1st day of January 1854 in discharge of this decree against him so far as the same is for money collected-- And the Court directs that the Costs of this order be paid by the Admtor of Martha Watts out of the assetts of her Estate in his hands & as to all [future?] Costs, it will at the proper time order them to be paid by the said Admtor. But this decree is without prejudice to any suit, which the defendant may think proper hereafter
