The condition of the above obligation is such, that whereas by a decree of the circuit court for dinwiddie county pronounced on the 23rd day of october 1854 suit therein depending between thomas steward [illegible} plaintiff and thomas stewart [distrution?] the defendant

It was, among other things, ordered and decreed, that R collins and he appointed commissioners to make sale of certain property therein mentioned. now if the said R R collin shall faithfully discharge all the duties required under the said decree as commissioner aforesaid then the above obligation to be void, or if otherwise, to remail in full force and virtue.
