Know all men by these presents that we Robert R. Collins James C. Bain & Chs F. Goodwyn are held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Virginia, in the sum of Three thousand dollars to the payment whereof well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents: Sealed with our seals and dated this 19th day of November 1855.

The condition of the above Obligation is such, That whereas by a decree of the Circuit Court for Dinwiddie county, pronounced on the 23d day of October 1854, in a suit therein depending between Thomas Stewart's distributees plaintiff and Thomas Stewart's distributees defendant

It was, among other things, ordered and decreed, that R. R. Collins and R. K, Meade, either of whom to act, be appointed Commissioners to make sale of certain property therein mentioned. Now if the said R. R. Collins shall faithfully discharge all the duties required under the said decree as Commissioner aforesaid then the above obligation to be void, or if otherwise, to remain in full force and virtue.
