Dear Pop & Helen, Having time thought I'd drop you a line. I'm in good health & doing fine, hope this letter finds you all the same. I get to see Junior very often, we both are getting along fine. Boy, I was very happy to meet him over here, just feels like being at home. I received your box of cookies the other day, boy they sure tasted swell, thank you very much. Soon the war will be over and we'll be home again. Boy that will be the happiest day of my life. Guess I'll close now so take care of yourselves & don't worry I'll be home soon.

Bye love Lawrence
