I herby certify that Hercules, George and Henry three negro men slaves the property of James Wilkinson of the county aforesaid were tried and condemned at a court of [illegible] and [illegible] held for the county [illegible] on the 11th day of February 1802 last [park?] for the murder of William Summuell within the said county and that the slaves Hercules was valued by the court [illegible] to three hundred and thirty three dollars and thirty four cents and George to three hundred dollars and Henry to four hundred dollars.  Given under my hand this 20th day of April 1802.
