SIR:- In accordance with your request I have the honor to submit the following report of workings of this place for the fiscal year ending June 30th, 1902.
Number of inmates on roll June 30th. Whites: males 11, females 2. Total 3. Blacks: males 13, females 6. Total 19. Grand total 32. Number of inmates admitted during the year. Whites: males 19, females 4. Total 23. Blacks: males 9, females 4. Total 13. Grand Total 36. Number discharged. Whites: males 17, females 2. Total 19. Blacks: males 5, females 2. Total 7. Grand Total 26. Deaths. Whites: none. Blacks: males 5, females 2. Total 7. Total number of rations issued, 11,686. Health of inmates good: especially with the whites, no deaths occurring among them during the year. Conduct of inmates excellent. The premises are in first class sanitary condition.
